  1. Invited by the Centre for Studies in Science and Mathematics Education, School of Education, University of Leeds to present a seminar entitled “Livening up statistics teaching rooms by LOL” in February 2017.
  2. Invited by The Royal Statistical Society (RSS) to organise and present a session at their International Conference. The session entitled “Communicating Statistics to Non-Specialist University Students” took place on September 2016.
  3. Invited by the Centre for Studies in Science and Mathematics Education, School of Education, University of Leeds to present a seminar entitled “Addressing Mathematics and statistics anxiety in non-specialist university students” in October 2015
  4. Invited by the University of Warwick to present my research on mathematics and statistics anxiety, at their Research Symposium in 2015.
  5. Invited by G. N. College, University of Mumbai, India to give a lecture on “Improving Students’ engagement in statistics and mathematics lectures and tutorials” to new teachers/lecturers, in December 2010
  6. Invited by G. N. College, University of Mumbai, India to give a lecture on ‘Statistical Tools used in Decision Making for Business, Management and Finance’ to lecturers and undergraduates in December 2010.
  7. Invited to contribute to The Royal Statistical Society workshop on “Engaging Students in Learning Statistics: Making Statistics Teaching Fun hosted at the University of Plymouth, in April 2010
  8. Invited by G. N. College, University of Mumbai, India to give a lecture on “The Relevance of Mathematics to Business, Management Sciences, Accountancy, Economics and Commerce related degree courses’ in December 2009.
